These paintings I have created contain a deeper meaning and more soul then the pieces I have produced in the past.
I started constructing these live during a nationwide phenomenon which ended on national TV in my hometown amongst 25 thousand people in a designated area by the city.
Due to an unfortunate circumstance, I could no longer finish these works of art there.
Remarkably by chance, the first painting had been finished on SEPTEMBER 17, an opening lyric from fiddlers green. A song about a mother who loses her son.
In reality my mom had lost hers just a few short years ago. She had been deeply on my mind after suffering a heart attack just days before the Tragically Hip event.
In turn, I want to dedicate this to both my brother and my sister. My sister who lost her battle to cancer just a year prior to the event.
I felt it was important to create something that could in my own way help raise money to find a cure.
